The topic I decided to do this project on high school dropouts. This is a serious issue among Americans. There are nearly one third of students, blacks, Hispanics and Native Americans dropout each year. These people are usually between the ages 16-24. This is bad because its makes it harder on the economy.
I believe it makes it harder on the economy because then they are less likely to be able to get a job. Not only will it be hard for them to get a job, it will be hard for them to survive. Then for every person who decides that they want to drop out somebody else has to make up for what they've just quit on.
