For this project I decided to do my sociological problem on unemployment. America is facing a large number of unemployment due to immigration. Immigrants are willing to work for lower wages. Also non working Americans need more help from Washington to get through these very hard times, which show no signs of letting up. We fear as Americans that the United States are going into a cycle. A cycle consisting of when a consumer spending weakens, employers are cutting jobs and hours. As jobs are cut and unemployment rises, consumer spending is sure to weaken further. Employers can’t afford to pay their employees that itself has to be taken for consideration.I also believe that everyone is going to suffer; until someone promotes some change.It is also a problem that it is harder to finda job than in the last 10 yrs.People are dropping out of school.Most not qualifying.In addition, stores going out of business.
