How can we stop this? As mentioned before in the previous paragraph students said that classes were not interesting. Maybe if the curriculum was switched up from the normal one to a more interesting one, things would become more interesting. If teachers reach out and get suggestions from the students as to how they could get more positive feedback from the students, the class would become more interesting to students. The level of motivation is low also. I believe if more encouragement was given in the class they would be motivated. Maybe if teachers gave some kind reward to encourage motivation they would want to work harder. And the level of motivation would go up and there would be less students dropping out. Another thing that could help is by giving those in need help. Those students with family related issues could receive a little extra help. Like if the reason why they have to dropout is because they have to take care of their kids, child care services should be provided for them if necessary.
